    Technologies of assembly and installation of main propulsion plants and machinery

    1. Technologies of module-integration method of installation of all types of main and auxiliary propulsion plants including nuclear powered ones with installation of biological shielding. They are used in shipbuilding and ship repair.

    • Principal technology of assembly, loading alignment, securing of main and auxiliary propulsion plants with regard to particular (new) project of vessel (ship), optimal integration scope and infrastructure of particular shipbuilding plant being accounted;
    • Determination of required tools, jigs and fixtures for performance of works;
    • Design engineering, production and delivery of tools, jigs and fixtures

    2. Technologies of installation of propeller systems and calculations of process parameters for shaft lines alignment. They are used in shipbuilding and ship repair
    • Principal technology for alignment and installation of propeller system (shaft line) with regard to particular (new) project of vessel (ship);

    13. Technologies for marine engineering nuclear powered facilities disposal. They are used in shipbuilding and ship repair and can be used also in nuclear industry.
    • Development of technology and invention of equipment for recovery, fragmentation, transportation and disposal for long term storage of absorber elements of universal protection system’s reactor of nuclear powered submarines and surface warships equipped with nuclear propulsion system.

    14. Technologies for marine engineering nuclear powered facilities disposal. They are used in shipbuilding and ship repair.
    • Development of principal technology for joint grouting of spent naval fuel (SNF) storage.
    15. Management and technical projects of pipe processing and mechanical installation production facilities.
    • They are used in shipbuilding and ship repair and can be used also in nuclear industry.

    16. Works of alignment main and auxiliary power generating equipment withthe use of advanced laser computer-aided equipment. They are used in shipbuilding and ship repair.
    • Measurement of misalignments of shafts connections which includes confined spaces by use of ROTALIGN and FIXTURLASER alignment systems.
    • Rendering of technical aid during alignment of machinery and shaft lines by use of ROTALIGN and FIXTURLASER alignment systems.

    17. Special checkout works during building and repair of facilities (yards). They are used in shipbuilding and ship repair and can be used also in machine building industry
    • The works undertaken by specialists of JSC “SSTC” for recording of accurate installation bases, integration of weapons systems components of surface warships and submarines in reference to accurate installation bases, control of parameters of launchers internal geometry, etc. with the use of optical mechanical and optical electronic measuring means.
