Design Bureau Infrastructure
JSC “SSTC” has in its infrastructure a complex for production of valves and fittings including 25 pieces of new equipment, on which dummy, experimental and production models of shipboard valves and fittings of different types and allotments are manufactured. The production facilities have got a powerful production base, including state-of-the-art CNC machines, programmable machining production centers, capable of performing all types of lathe and mill work on hulls structures as well as outfitting of shipboard valves and fittings.
JSC “Shipbuilding and Shiprepair Technology Center” has got a tailor-made bench base – test laboratory, which has in its configuration 7 operating test benches. The test laboratory has accreditation certificate, confirming its competence for works to be performed. All the benches have been certified and provide duplication of test conditions within the range of assigned tasks for shipboard valves and fittings of all types and allotments.
