Flow lines

JSC “SSTC” carries out packaged delivery, installation supervision, commissioning, guarantee and service maintenance of state-of-the-art process equipment for flow lines and automated bays of blank, hull processing and assembly-welding shops of shipbuilding, car producing and machine building enterprises as well as enterprises of construction industry, including:

 - Computer-aided and full mechanized outdoor and indoor rolled steel storage facilities;
 -​ Bays of bending as well as sheet metal and profile parts forming;
 -​ Flow lines of assembly and welding of plate blankets and panels;
 -​ Flow lines for mechanized assembly and robotized welding of micropanels;
 -​ Assembly welding bays for production of irregular structures using skeleton method without individual jigs and fixtures;
 -​ Chambers for blasting and painting of welded steel structures.
