The CRIST has been visited by the Ukrainian delegation of the 7th meeting of the standing Russian-Ukrainian Working group

On 29 September this year. The CRIST has been visited by the Ukrainian delegation of the 7th meeting of the standing Russian-Ukrainian Working group on shipbuilding held at the late September – early October in Saint-Petersburg.

The guests have been greeted by V.D. Gorbach, the Director General of the FSUE "CRIST", member of the Working group, Dr. Tech.Sc.

About fresh developments of the institute’s specialists have been told by the Director of PPF "Sudomech" N.S. Safiulin, the Head of Laboratory Ms.Tech Sc. А.А. Vasilyeb, Deputy Head of the Department А.M. Plotnikov, Head of the Laboratory N.А. Steshenkova.

The Ukrainian delegation has been composed of: P. Е. Korotkiy, Head of the Department of Shipbuilding Industry of Ministry of Industrial Policy of Ukraine; V. V. Gancho, Director of the Ukrainian State Research Institute of Shipbuilding Standardization and Certification; Е.A. Borisov, Director of "Research Design Center of Shipbuilding"; 
I.P. Kozyrev, the Chairman of the Board ОАО "Blacksea Machine-building plant"; S. A. Tickonov, Deputy Director of ОАО "Sevastopol Marine Yard".

The meeting with the Ukrainian shipbuilders has been organized within the frame of of the 7th Working group meeting. The permanent Russian-Ukrainian Working group on shipbuilding has been created according to Agreement between the State Committee of Industrial Policy of Ukraine and Russian Agency on Shipbuilding.

In light of realization of the Agreement a number of measures has been conducted including the mutual deliveries of ship equipment component parts and materials, on development and realization of Program for joint R&Ds, on fund renewals and elaboration of new regulation documents on standardization and certification etc.

For the purpose of improvement of further works between the Russian and Ukrainian sides in a sphere of shipbuilding the Federal Agency on Industry has appointed by its order V.V. Kusachev, the Deputy Head of Shipbuilding Industry Department, the responsible for realization of the Agreement on the Russian side and specified the Russian part membership of Working group on shipbuilding. The Russian part is composed of top managers and specialists of SRI "Lot", the Krylov Institute, FSUE "NPO "Aurora", FSUE "Admiralty Yards", FSUE "TZKMB "Almaz", FSUE "TZNII "Electropribor", FSUE "TZNII KM "Prometey", FSUE "CRIST" and other enterprises.

The 7th meeting participants– members of the Working group have visited the ОАО "Baltic shipyard".

At the meeting of permanent Russian-Ukrainian Working group on shipbuilding, excluding the Working group members, took part the representatives of Agency on industry of RF and Ministry of Industrial Policy of Ukraine, representatives of shipbuilding enterprises of RF and Ukraine.

At the meeting has been considered the results of execution of plan of Working group in 2003 , the course of execution of plan of two-sided cooperation between shipbuilding enterprises of RF and Ukraine of 2004, a draft plan of Working group operation for 2005, as well as questions of two-sided cooperation. The thorough decision has been taken providing for the expansion of cooperation between the Russian Federation and Ukraine on joint elaboration and production of shipbuilding products.
