The FSUE CRIST’s basis of the Inter-branch center for training and retraining of managers and higher professional skill specialists for shipbuilding enterprises
On 2-4 November 2004 the opening on the FSUE CRIST’s basis of the Inter-branch center for training and retraining of managers and higher professional skill specialists for shipbuilding enterprises of the North-Western Federal Region (NWFR) took place.
The subject of the round table and training for top managers of enterprises and specialists of the NWFR shipbuilding industry has been "Realization of major innovation projects purposed for modernization of production and provision of the competitive products output with application of leasing schemes. International and Russian experience".
On 10 November for execution of joint decision of the Federal agencies of the RF Government and Saint Petersburg Authorities the Inter-branch center was established in Saint Petersburg for training and retraining of managers and higher professional skill specialists for shipbuilding enterprises of the North-Western Federal Region (NWFR).
The Center created on the FSUE CRIST’s basis has obtained a status of the inter-branch educational institution for supplementary vocational training. It was established in the organization-legal form of the noncommercial partnership.
The constituent Assembly has been held in the Rosoboronexport representative office recently opened in Saint Petersburg (17, Izmailovski prospect) In the Assembly took part the top managers of the Aurora, the Admiralty Yards Malakite, the Krylov Research Institute, the CRIST, the Electropribor, Rosoboronexport, as well as the Saint Petersburgа State Marine Technical University, the Baltic State Technical University (VOENMECK) and auditing-export company "Balt-Audit-Expert".
The Center is a first in Saint-Petersburg non-governmental educational institution created on the corporate basis which has been urged to solve a wide range of problems concerned with the systems training and retraining of managerial staff of the NWFR defense–industrial complex enterprises.
The major task of the newly established center is to realize the program of supplementary vocational education for the enterprises of shipbuilding industry by means of coordinated and united use of intellectual, training-industrial and information resources, as well as the advance educational technologies of its all founders.
The Center’s main activity covers :
- preparation and holding of subject and problem workshops and research-practical conferences on the most important sectoral problems
- raising the level of the organizations’ top managers skill on standard and special developed curriculums.
- training (retraining) pf personnel on corporate programs;
- vocational training (retraining) of foreign customer’s specialists;
- rendering of consulting services in spheres of development and mastering of modern corporate forms of organization of production, business processes management systems in integrated structures.
In process of education the Center is planning to apply methods of active education, business and role games, trainings, to employ as an educational examples the actual tasks and situations.
The Center’s clients can be the medium and large domestic and foreign enterprises and companies of all forms of property. The Center will be oriented towards the long-term relationships with their clients and realization of programs which was developed taking into account the customer’s requirements.
