JSC "SSTC" participates in “NEVA 2015” exhibition
JSC SSTC participates in the 13th International Shipping, Shipbuilding and Offshore Energy Exhibition and Conferences NEVA 2015, which over the years of existence has become the largest one in Russia and one of the world largest civil marine exhibitions.
This year JSC SSTC presents its recent developments in the field of laser and robotic technologies for ship machine-building, multifunctional straightening bending machines, aluminium welding technologies and equipment, mechanical-installation technologies and many other developments.
The most interesting exhibit at the JSC SSTC booth is a robotic laser welding complex for ship machine-building items. The purpose of this complex is manufacturing of tube sheets, planar tubes, stator membranes for marine pumps engines and other tools demanding high-concentrated heat lead on small contacted area.
This unique complex can be used not only in shipbuilding but also in chemical, oil and gas and many other industries.
Full-scale specimens of joint welds, fragment of LNG carrier membrane tank, fishing and special purpose vessels models as well as an interactive model representing an example of the project of re-equipment and reconstruction of shipbuilding production at JSC “Severnaya Verf” will be demonstrated at the booth.
