JSC SSTC will hold a round table within the frames of International Forum “Maritime Industry of Russia”.

For the second time JSC Shipbuilding and Shiprepair Technology Center will hold a round table within the frames of International Forum “Maritime Industry of Russia”, which will take place between May 18 and 20 this year in Moscow. A main subject for discussion will be readiness of Russian shipbuilding sector for renovation and modernization of fishing fleet.

Representatives from many agencies are invited to discuss such a vital for Russian fishing indusry issue. Among these agencies are Federal Agency for Fishing, JSC Giprorybflot, FSUE TINRO-Center, JSC Yaroslavl Shipyard, JSC Northern Shipyard, JSC Vyborg Shipyard, FSUE VNIRO, JSC October Revolution Shipyard, Rolls Royce Marine A/S (Norway), Association of Atlantic Pollack Catchers, Association of Fishing Companies of Primorye and other Russian fishing companies.

The participants of the meeting will discuss issues replated to demand of Russian fishing companies in renewal of fishing fleet of Russian Federation for the period till year 2020, present their proposals on projects of fishing and research vessels of new generation, proposals on construction of fishing vessels on leasing conditions. Also, it is planned to discuss experience in construction of various purpose ships under foreign projects for overseas customers, offers from forein companies for ship and equipment design, issues and perspectives of international cooperation.
