JSC SSTC PARTICIPATED IN "SEAFOOD EXPO RUSSIA"

The Global Fishery Forum & Seafood Expo Russia – 2021, which took place on 8-10 September 2021 in St Petersburg, is one of the key events for the fishing industry of Russia.  400 companies from 40 regions of Russia and 25 foreign countries participated in the Forum & Expo, and more than 7,000 specialists from 78 regions of Russia and 55 countries of the world visited it.

 

The Global Fishery Forum & Seafood Expo Russia was held with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation and the Russian Federal Agency for Fishery.  Participants of the Forum & Expo included representatives of all branches of the fishing industry: fishing and processing companies, enterprises of aquaculture and mariculture, designers of equipment for fish catching and fish processing, machinery for fishing ships and vessels, ship-building and ship-repair enterprises, etc. 

JSC SSTC participated in the Global Fishery Forum & Seafood Expo Russia and presented an exposition on the area of 28 sq.m in Pavilion F.  Exposition stands of JSC SSTC demonstrated developments of the company in the following areas: 

- Designing of ships and vessels of new generation, including fishing vessels and special-purpose ships; 

- Designing, modernization, and technical upgrade of ship-building and ship-repair enterprises; 

- Prospective technologies for shipbuilding and ship repair, including technologies for mechanical installation, welding, cutting and bending of steel sheets and pipes, and cleaning of surfaces; 

- Calculations and expertise for price formation, labour rating, and labour intensity; 

- Designing and tests of shipboard pipeline valves and fittings. 

The exposition of JCS SSTC at the Global Fishery Forum & Seafood Expo Russia included electronic interactive 3D models of the small fishing trawler-seiner VIZIR (Project MRTS28M), models of fishing trawlers, and mockups of shipboard pipeline valves and fittings.  With the help of the above-mentioned items and together with accompanying video films, information booklets, and explanations and clarifications by JSC SSTC specialists, the visitors of the Global Fishery Forum & Seafood Expo Russia were able to obtain comprehensive and in-depth information about designing various types of fishing ships and vessels and shipbuilding enterprises, as well as the latest technologies in building ships and vessels and manufacturing marine equipment and machinery.

Participation of JSC SSTC in the Global Fishery Forum & Seafood Expo Russia made a sensible contribution to strengthening the positive image of the company, to developing mutually beneficial business contacts, to promoting the products and services of the company in the national and foreign markets, and to achieving the stable image of JSC SSTC as Russia’s leading center for designing fishing ships and vessels.
