Obozov A. A. Evaluation of combustor’s tightness in marine slow-speed diesel for application in systems of technical diagnostics Algorithm is introduced for diagnosing the loose combustor in marine slow-speed diesel. The algorithm is formed with logarithmic transformation of compression process in cylinder, and subsequent process approximation with first-order polynomial. The obtained polynomial coefficients are considered as derived attributes used in diagnostic procedure.

Reducing of shock-vibrating system activity due to the throttling and damping element application The problems of gate valves vibroactivity in pipeline systems are analyzed. Analytic forms are obtained for estimation of resistance of the systems’ dynamic behavior to their parameters’ variation. Such a resistance analysis allows to define the quantitative values of parameters of elastically damping elements which can be efficiently used in solution of the set problem. The experimental results confirm the efficiency of proposed technical solutions.
