Borovikov A. V. About method of design of shipboard diesel turbocharge compressor cascade
The author considers method of design of shipboard diesel turbocharge compressor cascades that is a common complex formed of calculation procedures, flow models and recommendations for use of theoretic and experimental data. Method allows to design supercharge turbo compressors of diesels of any types and dimensions with consideration of specific particulars of aggregates. Presented materials were used in industry and received positive evaluation.

Problems of servicing of shipboard main engines – low-speed diesels manufactured by Bryansk Engineering Plant – are discussed. Examples of complex servicing of shipboard diesels, both being operated and newly built, in conditions of introduction of new requirements in environment protection are given.

Various schemes of outgoing gases heat utilization in diesel installations of oil-carrying ships are compared. Efficiency of their equipment is evaluated by methodic that includes mode charts of technical operation and their software. It is shown that the problem of improvement of efficiency and economy of diesel fuels can be solved by selection of optimum set of equipment and development of a new generation utilization techniques.

The authors propose three-phase correctors of power factor which prospective ability in autonomous electric power supply systems (AES) are stipulated by consumption of practically sinusoidal current due to utilization of pulse/modulation methods of control, possibility of two-way energy exchange between supply circuit and load that influence sufficiently upon energy indices of AES. Results of multi-level three-phase corrector modeling are given.

The authors tell about organization of work in the field of control of enterprise floating funds, and in particular of accounts receivable for the purpose of improvement of efficiency of finance planning for enterprise in whole in conditions of transition to market economics.

The authors give description of technology and organization/technological scheme of process of renovation of project 1577 tankers and their modifications developed by FSUE «CRIST» by order of Group of Companies «Volgotanker». In 2003 the first six renewed tankers of the company were launched from berths of three shipbuilding and shiprepair yards. In 2004 eight oil-carrying vessels will receive practically new life due to renovation at five yards.

The author considers new possibilities of «Raskroy» module in system «Ritm-Sudno» that are meant for decrease of labor-expenditures in process of preparation of control programs for cutting of parts at machines with CNC.
