AT THE SHIPYARDS

SHIP DESIG

Sutyrin V. I. Possibilities of increase of finite-elements method efficiency during design of hull structures
The author tells about development of algorithm based upon combination of procedure of statically equivalent compacting of stiffness matrix and frontal method for solution of system of linear algebraic equations (SLAE). Such approach allows to avoid formation of stiffness matrix of the whole design model and decrease the time of work with hard disk, but at that, time of PC main memory use increases. Considered scheme «re-places» the method of super-elements decreasing calculation time during solution of SLAE.

Startsev S. B. New method of spectral pulse loads upon ship foil struc-tures
The author presents the results of development of new method for calculation and computer program for forecasting of spectrums of non-stationary torque-force loads at a foil of finite span during interaction with turbulent flow based on elaborated half-empirical procedure of determination of pulse aerohydrodynamic features.

NAVAL SHIPBUILDING

Ilyin N. A., Zhmurin D. V. State and prospects of development of subma-rine rescue ships
The authors consider zone and global organization of search and rescue support of submarines, give main features of the most advanced submarine rescue ships in the world and means for rescue of crews of submarines that lie on the bottom.

SHIPBOARD POWER PLANTS

Kuznetsov V. A. Nuclear power plants of XXI century icebreakers
Particulars of NPP for prospective nuclear XXI century icebreakers are given. Meas-ures for increase of efficiency factor of prospective NPP are proposed.

Bolgarov S. P., Vorontsov A. V., Sedakov L. P. Particulars of NPP for pro-spective icebreakers
Proposals for composition and schemes of nuclear power plants for icebreakers of three types, creation of which is most possible in XXI century, are given. Utilization of unified reactor installations and turbogenerators, as well as water-steam heat accumu-lators is recommended.

Schyogolev L. I. Heat accumulators as part of power plants of prospective nuclear icebreakers
It is pointed out that at frequent maneuvers of power plant (PP) of an icebreaker main-taining of balance of steam (generated and consumed) is impossible. This results in losses of 15—20 % of energy generated in reactors due to release of working steam past turbogenerators to condensers. It is proposed to envisage water-steam heat ac-cumulators as part of PP of future nuclear icebreakers that will be charged in case of availability of excess of steam at the given moment and partially will compensate for its necessity during fast increase of external load.

HULL GEAR AND ARRANGEMENTS

Kuzmin Yu. L., Troschenko V. N., Medyanik T. E., Tarando G. V., Rots L. D., Kuptsova N. N. New system of electrochemical cathode anticorrosion pro-tection of ships
The authors propose an improved system of cathode protection that includes platinum-niobium anodes with textured platinum coating upon outer surface of insulation base of which a special protective layer is applied that is resistant to active chlorine. In contrast to previously used anodes the new ones have 3—4 times lesser speed of anodic disso-lution that provides longer inter-docking service life of ship hulls.

MARINE CONTROL SYSTEMS

Lyamov G. V., Nidziev I. I. Analysis of modern state of problem of ship-board automated control systems software quality evaluation
Modern state of problem of shipboard automated control systems software quality evaluation is analyzed. Standards in this region that act in Russia are described. De-pendence of software quality from «maturity» of designer-organization is shown. Ways of solving of the problem of high-quality software creation are proposed.

MARINE ELECTRICAL AND RADIO EQUIPMENT

Azarov B. V. «Stealth» aspects within the problem of electromagnetic compatibility of shipboard technical facilities
Interconnection of ways of decrease of radioelectronic signal of marine movable ob-jects with electromagnetic situation aboard them is considered. Some measures for improvement of electromagnetic situation are proposed.

SHIPBUILDING AND MARINE ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGIES

Shungin V. Yu. Rotary-local bending of blower diffuser sheets
The author describes technology, results and evaluation of efficiency and advantages of use of advanced resource-saving processes of rotary-local bending during forming of thin-sheet small-size parts made of aluminum alloys that are components of shell of blower diffuser of LACS «Zubr» and have double curvature of surface in conditions of serial manufacture.

Sokolov O. G. New technologies and facilities for developing of offshore resources
The author briefly considers scientific and design-technologic works made by FSUE CRIST within the program of creation of floating drilling rigs and oil-and-gas production platforms for offshore regions of Russian.

REPAIR AND MODERNIZATION OF SHIPS

Handanyan E. S. System «ANTON» for preproduction and on-line produc-tion control at shiprepair yard
The author tells about the results of implementation of automatic system of technologi-cal preproduction preparation and production control of a shiprepair yard. For this pur-pose, software is used that is developed by technological service of the yard. The sys-tem is an alternative for foreign analogues of such systems.
