In order to increase naval and civil ships operation safety the authors propose to analyze complex safety by means of computer simulation at the design stage of those ships. The developed technique is a universal one and can be used for complex evaluation of safety of a wide range of objects operating in risk-bearing conditions

SHIPBOARD EQUIPMENT

Grigoryev A. K., Ermolaev V. A. Non-metal water-lubricated roller bearings operating experience. Effect of loading frequency on rubber and caprolon rollers’ strain value

Described in the article are advantages of non-metal roller bearings operating in severe conditions

Berestovitsky E.G., Volkov N. V., Sukhov V. V. Simulation of control panel impact resistance

Examined in the article are the problems of mechanical strength simulation, selection of vibroinsulation system on the basis of vibroinsulators of steel rope and testing of control system panel which operates in conditions of moving object under complex range of mechanical stress. When modeling it is taken into account the transformation of impact pulse via vibration system, control panel body, monitor and electronic modules right up to the electric and radio-elements

Kokotkov N. I., Alpin A. Ya. The use of low-frequency metal shock absorbers based on corrugated plates packages as a way to control vibration

To reduce pump-and-power equipment vibration the authors propose a new type of shock absorbers (vibroinsulators) constituting a package of corrugated metal plates the spaces between which are filled with engine oil

Khabarov A. A., Alpin A. Ya., Kokotkov N. I. On the possibility of elimination of bulky and fire-hazardous systems of circulating lubrication of liquid friction bearings on ships and vessels of all types and purposes

Analyzed in the article is application of high-speed bearings with independent lubrication instead of liquid friction bearings with circulating lubrication

Lazarevsky N. A., Khomyak V. A., Kalinin I. M., Balabanov B. A. Shipboard electrical systems based on standardized basic modules

To improve technical and economic performance of ships it is advisable to design their power systems based on unified basic modules. Such modules have been already developed and produced by domestic enterprises

SHIPBOARD SYSTEMS

Kuznetsov N. A., Popkov V. I., Popkov S. V. Hydraulic systems vibration

The authors identified research areas in which you need to carry out investigations in order to create low noise ship hydraulic systems and their vibroacoustic protection:

– creation of the theory and methods of calculation of hydraulic systems vibration in a wide range of frequencies in the presence of flexible inserts and fluid flow;

– development of test methods to obtain information about the sources of hydraulic systems vibration;

– study of mechanical, acoustic, and mechanical-and-acoustic resistance of flexible inserts with liquid that can be used in hydraulic systems

Bagaev D. V., Bezayazychny V. V., Kuznetsov N. A., Lobachov M. P., Popkov V. I., Popkov S. V., Romanenko E. V. Theoretical and experimental studies of the origin of oscillations in pipelines elements in case of fluid motion

Examined in the article are the results of experimental studies carried out with the pur-pose to determine pipelines elements characteristics with moving liquid being a source of vibra-tion. It is concluded that in case with moving liquid the pipeline elements should be regarded as active ones. The results of theoretical studies are also analyzed as well as methods of determi-nation of liquid flow homogeneity failure inside a pipeline

Belov G. O., Kryuchkov A. N. Improvement of screw compressor dynamics

Represented in the article is methodics of a screw compressor exhaust calculation. Also proposed are design measures reducing pulsing of gas-oil mixture flow allowing to improve the dynamic properties of the screw compressor

Igolkin A. A., Izzheurov E. A., Safin A. I., Shakhmatov E. V. The use of porous material «metallorubber» in hydraulic gas systems of power plants for noise damping and temperature stabilizing

Examined in the article is possible application of «metallorubber» (MR) material as sound-absorbing structure as well as in temperature stabilizing systems. The authors describe the advantages and properties of MR material. As a result of analysis the dependences between acoustic absorptivity and sample porosity are established. The comparison of design and experimental data is presented

Makaryants G. M., Sverbilov V. Ya., Shakhmatov E. V., Makaryants M. V., Stadnik D. M., Tumanov D. V. Tonal noise reduction of safety pneumatic valve of indirect action with self-excited oscillations

The authors offer to solve the considered problem using special devices correcting the valve dynamics. When implementing such a device a design engineer faces a lack of adequate methods of calculation. An experimental research of pneumatic safety valve vibro-acoustic characteristics was carried out. It is shown that the reason of increased noise is valve disk self-excited oscillations. Also developed is mathematical model enabling to compute a valve dynamics and to design devices correcting dynamic properties

SHIPBUILDING ORGANIZATION AND TECHNOLOGY

Petrov N. V. Application of virtual jigs and gauges when manufacturing and mounting assembly units according to 3D-models

The use of computer simulation with the creation of three-dimensional models will significantly reduce the complexity and duration of the assembly and installation work. In order to introduce the assembly technology according to 3D-models it is necessary to equip enter-prises with optoelectronic measuring systems or to organize regional test centers
