Conference on the problems of providing for a novel appearance of Armed forces and Navy of Russia

On the development of shipbuilding industry in the Far East region

AT THE SHIPYARDS ZVEZDA SHIPYARD, ZVEZDOCHKA SHIPYARD, SEVMASH SHIPYARD, NEVSKY SHIPYARD, SOSNOVSKA SHIPYARD, VYBORG SHIPYARD, VOSTOCHAYA VERF SHIPYARD, BARANCHINSKY PLANT CIVIL SHIPBUILDING

Afromeyev E. A., R. E. Alexeyev and the ideology of wing-in-ground craft construction The author describes the last period of Alexeyev’s participation in «Vzlyot-2-MSP» scientific research works in the field of ram-wing crafts construction, analyzes the lessons of conceptual history of ram-wing crafts construction and proposes ideological foundation for further works in this field.

Muranov G. K., Ryazantsev Yu. I. A decade of new history of CSDB «Baltsudoproject» The article represents a summery of the oldest domestic CSDB «Baltsudoproject» activity for the last 10 years and describes the ships built by the projects of CSDB during this period.

Ovsyannikov S. I. Non self-propelled vessels designed by Severnoye Design Bureau Described in the article are various projects of non self-propelled vessels designed by Severnoye Desing Bureau, floating hotel complexes, car parks/aquaparkings, floating theatrical stages, etc. Their technical characteristics and pictures are also given.

Gaykovich A. I., Pew Zo Hein. Fire and fire-fighting modeling for design justification of rescue vessel Represented are situations of fire and fire-fighting methods taking as an example the design justification of a rescue vessel. Also developed is a program of a fire simulation and calculation of its characteristics in time. Fire-control water system was used for modeling. At early stages of designing the program enables investigation of vessel’s fire-fighting function.

NAVAL SHIPBUILDING

Kozlov V. S. The creator of ocean fleet The author narrates about the activity of outstanding commander and naval leader Admiral of the Fleet of the Soviet Union S. G. Gorshkov.

Nikitenko I. S. From tanker to universal supply ship Described in the article are the problems of organization of rear support of navy in 1939–1965 when ships were performing missions in ocean area. Technical characteristics of main types of supply ships are represented as well.

Evstigneyeva L. V., Ostretsov G. E., Tarasov N. N., Takhtamyshev M. G. The solution of coordinates estimation problem for one type of submersible vehicles Examined in the article is a problem of ensuring a submersible vehicle passing through the depth «off the move» in automatic control mode. The authors propose a method of solution the problem of coordinates filtering and recovery allowing to realize the received algorithm on existing onboard computing systems. A problem of identification of object of control parameters is being solved concurrently.

SHIPBOARD POWER PLANTS

Sumenkov V. M., Sen L. I. The results of optimized designing of marine boiler plants Analyzed in the article are the approaches to optimized designing of marine boiler plants. Also represented are the results of boiler plants optimized calculations with domestic as well as foreign boilers.

Obozov A. A. Evaluation of technical conditions of turbocompressors’ bearings of marine slow-speed diesel on the basis of rotor’s run-down characteristics analysis The article shows the results of experimental investigation of run-down process of turbocompressor TCA66 rotor of marine slow-speed diesel 6S50MC-C. Analyzed are the questions of run-down process identification and of turbocompressor’s bearings diagnosing using the received identification characteristics of run-down process.

SHIPBOARD EQUIPMENT

Popkov V. I. Damping attachment of machinery and pipelines with flexible inserts with liquid Represented in the article is the ratio of mechanical resistance of vibration insulators and flexible inserts with liquid for damping attachments of pumps and plants. It is shown in the article that mechanical resistances of flexible inserts with liquid on frequencies more than 20–60 Hz are not controlled by elastic forces and exceeds mechanical resistance of vibration insulators starting from 40–70 Hz (depending on the type of vibration insulator). It is set that during plants and pumps operation a considerable, and often determinative part of oscillations of structure and liquid, forces and oscillation force is radiated via non-supporting connections.

Goldenberg I. Z. Taking into account patterns of corrosion damage of marine pipeline’s walls when designing sea-water systems The author proves the necessity of taking into account the patterns of wear of pipelines’ most «weak» elements when designing sea-water systems on ships. Analyzed is possible evaluation of relative change in rate of local corrosion damage of tube elements’ walls, deforming the flow, on the basis of semi-empirical dependences. The author recommends the ways and methods of designing the marine electrolyte pipelines checked up on several designs of fishing vessels.

Shyshkin I. F., Sergushev A. G. Traceology in navigation Represented in the article are the basic states of traceology in water areas – the science dealing with traces on water. Analyzed is discovery of moving ships’ traces with the help of shipboard and land navigation radar stations. The author cites the requirements of special mode of their operation when keeping traceological observation. Quoted are methods and examples of discovering the traces on sea surface with radar stations as applicable to ship navigation problems.

SHIPBUILDING ORGANIZATION AND TECHNOLOGY

Larin R. N. A method of ship metalware dry ice blasting Described in the article are advantages and disadvantages of the use of dry ice pellets when blasting ship structures in shipbuilding and shiprepair as well as physical processes ensuring the efficiency of this method.

Burmistrov E. G. Ensuring modern hygiene and sanitary, as well as ecological requirements when developing air exchange systems in shipyard shops The author proposes novel technical and engineering solutions of improving working environment in shipyard’s shops on the basis of technological air conditioning systems.
