Technical features of sea-going self-propelled floating crane «Sevmorneftegas» with lifting capacity of 400 t built by Sevastopol Marine Yard are given. Crane is to be oper-ated at «Sevmashpredpriyatie» during building of off-shore structures. Design of float-ing crane is developed by CDB «Coral» (Sevastopol).

Startsev S. B. Influence of wing elongation parameter upon its bearing capacity in pulsating flow
Results of theoretical investigations during utilization of developed mathematical model of finite span wing flowed by non-stationary stream are given. General function of influ-ence of wing vortex sheet upon pulses of bearing force (Searce function) is derived. Significant relations of hydrodynamic loads upon wings and their elongation parameter in wide-band frequency range of approach flow speed fluctuations are determined.

Semyonova V. Yu. About method of calculation of ship longitudinal heav-ing at regular head sea with consideration of non-linear hydrodynamic forces
Main relations for hydrodynamic forces are given that demonstrate the place of nonlin-ear components; the system of interrelated equations used for calculation of pitching and vertical heaving, as well as results of systematic calculations of heaving by these equations and analysis of amplitude-frequency characteristics for various variants of calculation are given.

Calculation of two complexes synthesized into single logic and program entity, processes and phenomenons that occur in submarine’s pressure hull during emergencies are given. These computational complexes can be used at different stages of designing, for training of crews and as parts of shipboard damage control systems at operat-ing submarines.

Thermal, physical-mechanical and physical-chemical features of national incombustible material «Isoterm» supplied in the form of slabs with volumetric cellular structure on the basis of non-organic fibers and water-repellent agent are presented. Hydrophobic treatment of fibers provides water-repellent features to structures based upon it. «Iso-term» does not emit in case of fire any toxic components or smoke, has wide range of operation temperatures – from minus 30 to plus 100 °C, lower heat-conducting coefficient.

The authors give description of method of obtaining of protective coatings upon large-dimension parts made of titanium alloys by method of micro-arc oxidation by moving electrode approved in production practice of shipboard power generation equipment manufacturing, as well as formula of dependence of oxide layer thickness from process parameters.

Strelchenko Yu. B. Improvement of resource saving and ecological safeness of ship hulls hydraulic tests
The author proposes a method for execution of hydraulic testing of tankers hull structures that allows to decrease use of technical water and works laboriousness by two times, as well as to improve ecological safeness of tests.

Shungin V. Yu., Kovalyov I. V. Modeling of a process of plate part handling at automatized bending-straightening complex
The system of plate part supporting in the process of its handling in automatized bending and straightening complex is considered. Results of computer modeling showed that designed support system fulfills the technological requirements and can be used as part of experimental-industrial specimen of equipment being manufactured.
