LARGE FISHING FREEZER TRAWLER VOSTOK, DESIGN PROJECT BMRT80
Fish-processing complex of the vessel allows to produce frozen skinned filleted fish, frozen forcemeat, frozen unscreened roe, frozen dressed and undressed fish, fish flour and fish oil.
Vessels of BMRT80 Design Project meet the requirements of the Russian Federation Government Decree No. 633 dated 25 May 2017 on fishery as type-B investment mediums for the Far-Eastern fishing region or as type-Z investment mediums for the Northern fishing region.
Classified by the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping as КМµIce3 АUT3 (REF) Fishing vessel.

Self-sufficiency of the vessel with regard to fresh water and foodstuffs, fuel and lubricating oil is 60 days.
The vessel is fitted with the following equipment for fishing:
- Two warp (trawl) winches with pulling force ca 45 tf;
- Net drum with capacity 27 m3 and pulling force ca 6 tf;
- Four cable winches with pulling force 25 tf;
- Two pull-out winches with pulling force ca 25 tf;
- Two discharge winches with pulling force ca 15 tf;
- Two auxiliary winches with pulling force ca 10 tf.
All fishing equipment and machinery have electric drives.
The fish-processing production unit is equipped with:
- Three-section receiving hopper with capacity of ca 110 m3;
- Vacuum unloading system;
- Sorting conveyor;
- Sorting machine for four dimensional fractions;
- Two fish filleting lines which include filleting machines BAADER212, fish-skinning machines and fillet inspection conveyors;
- Flesh-and-bone separator;
- Roe processing line;
- Packaging line for fillet;
- Line for manual dressing of by-catch with head-cutting machine;
- Automated line on the basis of three vertical-plate freezing plants with output 45 t/day;
- Automated line on the basis of four vertical-plate freezing plants with output 35 t/day;
- Air-plate freezing plant with output 10 t/day;
- Mechanized line for packing the frozen blocks.
The included equipment ensures the output of high-quality products with minimum-possible number of service personnel.
For the purpose of processing the production waste and the off-grade raw material, a fish-flour plant has been envisaged with processing capacity of around 150 tons of raw material per day.
Air temperature of minus 28°С is maintained inside the hold for the frozen products. A refrigerating plant on the basis of screw-type compressor units has been envisaged for ensuring the operation of the freezing machines and for maintaining the air temperature inside the hold. Ammonia is used as the refrigerating agent.
If desired by the Customer, the design of the vessel can be modified and amended to meet the necessary requirements.
