The program controlled complex is intended for production of tube sheets of heat exchange apparatus and performing of internal girth welds during manufacturing ship engines cases.
The robotic complex is equipped with two special purpose heads including optical scanning head and optical head for welding in hard-to-reach places to perform process operations. 8 kW fiber optical laser is applied as a source.

After considering the results of the competition “The best innovative project and the best research and engineering pilot project of the year”, within the frames of “St. Petersburg Technical Fair” exhibition held in St. Petersburg on 12-14 March 2013 the pilot project was awarded with I degree diploma and a gold medal in category “New hi-tech pilot projects of equipment and high-end technologies”.
