Multifunctional thermal cutting machine for finish cutting of models’ plate blanketswith a complex of associated equipment is applied in configuration of models’ flow lines at enterprises of shipbuilding industry.

The machine is completed with the following process modules:

– Plasma cutting module equipped with 3D swinging work head providing plasma bevel cutting, layout of framing installation locations;

– Gas cutting module providing gas cutting without beveling;

– Wiping module providing brush cleaning of framing installation locations;

– Marking module providing jet printer marking along Х or Y coordinates.

– Maximum size of plate blanket to be processed – 12 х 18 meters;
