Workshop State-of-art production systems modeling technologies
Workshop State-of-art production systems modeling technologies was held on April 28, 2016 on premises of JSC SSTC.
Workshop was organized by JSC SSTC and LLC Bee Pitron SP (Saint-Petersburg).
Main topic of the workshop was application of automated design and virtual modeling systems for solving problems of industrial production as follows:
• Shops, sections and workstations layout;
• Planning and optimization of production processes when setting up new and modernizing existing production facilities;
• Virtual modeling of technological processes;
• Ergonomics analysis of production flows;
• Analysis of article assemblability, development of auxiliary equipment and accessories;
• Rating and calculation of technical-economic indicators of production facilities operation;
• Virtual modeling of equipment operation (machinery with PLC, industrial robots and robotized cells, conveyors, transportation equipment, storage systems);
• Analysis and optimization of intersectional cooperation, material flows;
• Production planning.
In frames of the workshop, specialists from JSC SSTC have made reports as follows:
1. Application of simulation and complex modeling aids in Russian industry. Problem status. (Reporter – A.M. Plotnikov, deputy chief of IT division, RTC Sudotechnologiya;
2. Experience of application of electronic modeling procedures, ergonomics analysis and virtual environment technologies in Russian shipbuilding (reporter – M.A. Dolmatov, chief specialist of computer modeling and virtual environment sector, IT division, RTC Sudotechnologiya, head of virtual researches center of JSC SSTC).
LLC Bee Pitron SP and Dassault Systemes (Moscow) were presented by following reporters:

3. V.R. Fathirev
4. D.N. Lopatkin
45 specialists, presenting 23 companies and higher education establishments of Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, Krasnoyarsk, Borovichi and Dubny have attended the conference.
On April 29, 2016 workshop participants have visited the virtual researches center of JSC SSTC.
