JSC "SSTC" took part in the exhibition PHOTONICS. WORLD OF LASERS AND OPTICS-2018

JSC Shipbuilding and Shiprepair Technology Center participated in the 13th Specialized International Exhibition for Laser, Optical and Optoelectronic Technologies called "Photonics. World of Laser and Optics – 2018". The exhibition was conducted from February 27 till March 02, 2018 in Moscow (EXPOCENTRE Central Exhibition Complex) and supported by the Laser Association, Ministry of Trade and Industry of the Russian Federation, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, State Committee on Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus and EPIC consortium. 

At exhibition stand of JSC SSTC the following latest developments from the area of laser technologies implementation were presented: 

- Robotized complex for 3D laser cutting and welding; 

- Robotized complex for gas powder laser clad deposit; 

- Robotized complex for laser welding of marine engineering articles; 

- Industrial portal complexes for laser cutting; 

- Laser line for flat sections manufacturing; 

- High-precision laser measurements center; 

- Dimensional check technologies using 3D laser measurement systems; 

- Application of laser technologies in the manufacturing of ship’s pipelines fittings. 

In frames of Photonics 2018 Exhibition and VII Technological Platform of the Russian Federation Photonics Congress the Research-to-Practice Conference of the Working Group No. 3 – Laser Technologies for Materials Processing in the Industry - was held on February 28, 2018. This conference was organized by JSC SSTC – coordinator of Working Group No. 3. This Conference was of great interest to participants of the Exhibition: more than 65 representatives from 42 organizations, including 22 representatives from 10 organizations-members of Working Group No. 3 visited the same. 9 reports of representatives from research organizations, universities, manufacturers of laser and optic equipment were presented to the Conference participants.
