JSC SSTC TOOK PART IN PHOTONICS. WORLD OF LAZERS AND OPTICS-2019 EXHIBITION
The International Specialized Exhibition PHOTONICS. WORLD OF LAZERS AND OPTICS 2019 was conducted from March 4 to 7, 2019 in Moscow (CEC “Expo Center”) and powered by Laser association, Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Chamber of Industry and Commerce of the Russian Federation, State Committee of Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus and EPIC consortium.
PHOTONICS. WORLD OF LAZERS AND OPTICS 2019 accommodated 190 participating companies (126 from Russia) from 13 countries (Russia, Germany, Austria, China, Korea, Litva, Singapore, Finland, Switzerland, Sweden, Japan, Belarus, USA).
The main event conducted by JSC SSTC in frames of “Photonics” exhibition was Research and Practice Conference of Work Group No.3 “Laser-aided production technologies”. In 2019, the conference was held in the first day of the exhibition starting with award of winners of Laser Association Competition for the best domestic development in area of photonics.
Stand of JSC SSTC introduced the latest developments on area of laser technologies application:
- Robotized laser complex for 3D welding and cutting;
- Set of equipment for arc-augmented laser welding of 3D structures.;
- Thermal cutting systems;
- Laser cutting system “RITM-laser”;
- Robotized laser-aided gas powder system for deposit welding;
- Robotized laser welding system for shipboard equipment.;
- Flat section production line;
- Welding equipment;
- Robotized laser system for 3D cutting and welding;
- Industrial portal laser cutting systems;
- Dimensional control using laser-aided 3D measuring systems;
- Direct laser growing technology for production of shipboard valves and fittings.
The visitors could see full-scale samples demonstrating capabilities of laser cutting, arc-augmented laser welding, laser deposit welding, direct laser growing from metallic materials, plasma welding of thick-walled structures.
For the first time the exhibition represented the set of welding equipment for 3D structures, which ensures minimum welding tolerances for 3D hull structures and marine equipment and is also capable to perform arc augmented laser welding in shielding gas environment.
This exhibition also represented pilot samples of shipboard valves and fittings made in course of joint research-production activities by “A-technologies”, DB “Armas”, JSC SSTC and Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University: shutoff valve fully built by means of direct laser growing method, core of pneumatic distribution device in which conventional welded structure was replaced with the structure, in which one part of the article “grows” on the other preliminary machined part. For better comparison, their conventionally fabricated analogs were also represented at the stand.
Active participation and organization of 14th International exhibition “PHOTONICS. WORLDOFLAZERSANDOPTICS2019”onceagainprovedthestatusof JSC SSTC as stable business partner in area of laser technologies in the Russian market.
