JSC "SSTC" participated in Russian National Exhibition held in Iran
JSC SSTC participated in Russian National Industrial Exhibition “Commercial and Industrial Dialogue: Russia - Iran” held in December 21-23, 2015 in Teheran (Iran).
This exhibition was organized with the assistance of Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation as high-priority basis for development and enhancement of bilateral trade and economic relations between Russia and Iran. The exhibition hosted 83 companies from many Russian regions.
JSC SSTC introduced developments in the following areas:
- Laser and robotized technologies in shipbuilding and shiprepair;
- Advanced shipbuilding and shiprepair technologies, such as welding, cutting, bending of steel plates and pipes, surface cleaning;
- Design, modernization and retooling of shipbuilding and shiprepair yards;
- Design of new generation ships, including trawlers and special-purpose vessels;
- Design and testing of ship’s pipe fittings.
Full-scale specimens of laser welding head, plasmatrons for plasma welding machines, joint welds, model of fishing vessel, as well as an interactive model representing an example of the project of re-equipment and reconstruction of shipbuilding production at JSC "Severnaya Verf" were demonstrated at the booth.
Stand of JSC SSTC was visited by senior representatives of the Islamic Republic of Iran and Russian Federation, namely: Denis Manturov, Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Georgi Kalamanov, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Surena Sattari, Vice-President of Science and Technology, Reza Nematzadeh, Minister of Industry, Mining and Trade of the Islamic Republic of Iran as well as representatives of business and mass media. JSC SSTC introduced its latest developments in metal welding and cutting (including lasers) to Reza Nematzadeh, Minister of Industry, Mining and Trade of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
At the conclusion of Russian National Industrial Exhibition “Commercial and Industrial Dialogue: Russia-Iran”, JSC SSTC was awarded with Exhibitor Diploma.
